CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes! We want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase and we will happily exchange, refund or credit any item that you are not 100% happy with. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details.
HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT I ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE FOR ME?
Measurements can be found in the image section or the description section for each clothing item in our online store. Sizing measurements do vary for many clothing styles and brands so please be sure to check measurement prior to purchasing. WHAT CAN I DO IF I ORDER THE INCORRECT SIZE ITEM?
You can return an item if it does not fit however please be aware that shipping charges are at your cost and we do not refund shipping charges. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details.
HOW ARE ORDERS SENT?
Australian orders are sent through Australia Post or Sendle. International orders are sent through Australia Post. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery guidelines for details.

WHAT IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR ORDERS?
We will endeavour to dispatch all paid orders placed before 1pm AEST between Monday and Friday on the same day. All orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or on Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY GOODS TO ARRIVE?
Shipping time can vary depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout, the time your order is placed and paid for and your location. Some parts of South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania & Northern Territory may experience delivery times up to 10 business days. If time is a concern we recommend opting for express post which delivers overnight to most areas or within 2-3 days to more remote regions or if your order is placed and paid after 1pm AEST. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery guidelines for further details.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET MY ORDER TOMORROW?
Yes it is possible to receive your order as quickly as the next working day if your order is placed and paid before 1pm AEST, you choose Express Post at checkout and you are in the Express Post area. Check HERE on the Australia Post website to see if you are in the Express Post Network. Please note that postage services do not deliver on weekends.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery guidelines for details. We offer FREE trackable standard delivery Australia wide for orders over $100 and New Zealand wide for orders over $200.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM THE OUTRE FASHION WAREHOUSE?
No. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer order pick up at our Warehouse. If you are local to the Gold Coast and would like to save on postage or get your order quickly, we are happy to meet you at our local Post Office on our daily parcel run. Please Contact Us to arrange.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Orders placed through our website can be shipped within Australia and New Zealand only. We do not ship to all Countries Worldwide and exclude shipping to Canada and USA but if you live in another part of the world and would like to make a purchase, please Contact Us to enquire.
DO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ATTRACT DUTIES AND TAXES?
Please note that customs polices vary from country to country. You may be subject to relevant overseas custom duties and/or tax charges. These are payable by the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
HOW DO YOU PACKAGE MY ORDER?
99% of orders are sent in Biodegradable Polyethylene Satchels made from 100% recycled content. We also use alternative packaging solutions when the need arises to keep your goods protected on their journey so they arrive safely to you.
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT FOR MY GOODS?
We accept payment via PayPal, Credit or Debit Card, Direct Bank Deposit and AfterPay. For further information please refer to our Payment Options guidelines for details.
WHAT IS YOUR CURRENCY?
The products in our online store, our shipping calculations and any quotes provided by Outre Fashion are in Australian Dollar (AUD).
ARE ALL ‘ADD TO CART’ PRODUCTS ON YOUR WEBSITE IN STOCK?
Yes! There is however a small but unlikely chance that due to administrative delays, stock levels may display incorrectly in our website at the time of your purchase. If your item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will contact you and advise if/when it will be available. If payment has been made and you no longer wish to proceed with your order, a full refund will be issued.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
Yes, discounted, sale or clearance items can be found in the Sale category on our webstore. We may also issue discount or coupon codes to use at checkout on items in selected store categories. Discount or coupon codes are not valid to use on clearance items.
