HASSLE FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES!
As we want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase; we will happily exchange, refund or credit any item that you are not 100% happy with.
Your purchase is eligible for an exchange, refund or credit if:
- It is received by Outre Fashion within 14 days of being received by you.
- Was not purchased on Sale or at a Discounted or Promotional Price.
- It is returned in new condition, unworn and unwashed, no marks or stains, in original packaging and with tags still intact.
Please be sure to include your completed Returns Form in your parcel. Incomplete or missing forms will result in delays to your refund, credit or exchange.
Please return the item to us within two weeks of receiving it. Items returned outside of two weeks may only be eligible for a credit.
Outre Fashion reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.
Refunds: All refunds will be processed via the same method as your original payment.
Exchange: If the price of your initial purchase is less than your new exchange you will either receive a refund or a credit. Please be aware that exchanged items will incur additional shipping charges. Shipping charges for the exchange item will be at your cost in the following way:
- Outre Fashion will invoice you for the shipping cost of the exchange item on receipt of the return item and prior to sending back the exchange item.
- You will provide an appropriate size pre-paid satchel with the return item and Outre Fashion will simply send the exchange item back to you in the provided post satchel. Contact Us if assistance is required to determine the correct size/weight of the pre-paid satchel.
Credit: A webstore voucher code will be emailed to you and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
SHIPPING ON RETURNS
Original shipping costs will not be refunded for returns. Outre Fashion takes no responsibility for lost parcels/letters.
SALE ITEM RETURNS
Items purchased on Sale or at a promotional price can be returned for an Exchange or 12 Month Credit, provided the item is returned within 14 days, is new, unworn and unwashed, with the tag still intact. We are unable to offer refunds on items purchased on Sale should you change your mind or make an incorrect selection.
All Items purchased using Afterpay are eligible for a 12 month credit or exchange only.
For all International Orders, products can be returned to us within 21 days of the date of your invoice and must be returned in new condition, unworn and unwashed, no marks or stains, in original packaging and with tags still intact. Shipping costs will not be refunded and you will need to pay for return shipping.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM RETURNS
We will provide a refund if the item you receive is deemed by us to be defective or you receive something other than what you ordered from us. The following criteria must also be met:
- The item must be returned in new condition, unworn and unwashed, no marks or stains, in original packaging and with tags still intact.
- You Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your item and before sending back your item.
- Shipping cost to return your item to us will be reimbursed only if the above apply. Alternatively, we may provide you an exchange or store credit.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
Once your item has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within *7 business days. To avoid any further delays please ensure your Returns Form is completed correctly.
If the price of your initial purchase is more than your new exchange you will be invoiced for the difference.
*Delays may occur during SALE or peak periods such as Christmas, New Year & Easter.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Please Contact Us before sending back an item so we can discuss any issues.
- Compete the Returns Form and include it in the parcel with the returned item.
- Please use appropriate packaging so the item is not damaged and return the parcel to:

In the case you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please raise a dispute in the Resolution Centre. You will then be taken through a step by step process to create a new dispute. Only customers with orders placed through their customer account can raise disputes against those orders through the Resolution Centre otherwise, please follow steps 1 to 4 directly above.
